Weekly Evening Fitness Classes
Classes are $6 drop in or purchase a 5 class punch card for $25
  • Monday 5:30-6:30pm- Cardio Belly Dancing with Kim
  • Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm- Zumba with Noelle
  • Thursday 6:30-7:30pm- Barre Fitness with Dame


Lunch Crunch Series Begins June 3rd! 

Join Noelle each week during your lunch break 12:10-12:45 PM. 

Lunch Crunch Classes are $5

Monday- Zumba

Tuesday- Barre Fitness

Wednesday- Strength and Stretch


Class Descriptions


Cardio Belly Dancing-

Burn calories and tone muscles while learning the beautiful art of belly dance. Taught by a professional belly dancer, this class focuses on core and arm work and guarantees a raised heart rate. Get ready to feel the burn while you shimmy and shake! No prior experience required. 


Zumba- 

Zumba is... "Perfect for everybody and Every Body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style , calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise." -Zumba.com


*Barre Fitness-

Barre is a high energy fitness class built on the principles of ballet barre strengthening exercises. Ballet (or dance) experience is NOT required. Proper body positioning is strongly emphasized to encourage muscle strengthening and toning. Low intensity for joints and lungs, high intensity for burning calories and fat. Discover muscles you may not know you had! 


*Strength and Stretch- 

S&S is a soothing way to increase flexibility while encouraging muscle strength and toning from various positional holds. Designed for the dancer in all of us, this class is for all levels of flexibility and focuses on safe methods of body placement and positioning during flexibility enhancement. While not a yoga class, this class will focus on breath, calming mind, and energy placement. 


*Yoga Mat or similar is recommended
